A lot of sitting around and waiting

There aren’t any students in in-school suspension today so I didn’t have to go down there. I just finished my lunch. I have 15 minutes more to go. . . and then I have my 40 minute lunch. I could go tanning but I’m planning to do that after work. I get out of here at 2. I have a 3pm doctor appointment in town so I’ll spend 20 minutes tanning. . . and then I’ll wait at the office for like half an hour for that. I should have brought a book with me today.

What, don’t y’all have a library in that school?

If you’ve never read The Giver by Lois Lowry, I recommend it. I had to read it in Young Adult Lit class, and it’s FAR beyond a “kid’s book.”
