Especially this morning. We had to have them add another paragraph to the wills that they missed. So it was good we went in together as hubby would have missed it on his.

He hates to read legal speak. Its better to have everything fully specified so no questions or problems can happen. But they are correct now and signed. The waiting was while that got typed in. Hubby is now thinking of getting a special safe to put that kind of stuff in. We were able to get 2 bags of cat food and a bag of dog food today. So those critters all will have food for the next few weeks. The other stop hubby thought about doing was getting his last shot. After sitting so long at the attorneys he decided not to do it. As we left Tractor Supply we could see the huge going out of business sign at JoAnn Fabrics. Right now it says 20 to 40 percent off everything. I will stop in there Thursday. But unless it is included on door buster prices I will wait. The girl kids were happy to get outside when we got home. They will still get a treat tomorrow. I wont have any left for Wednesday. I think they will survive the horror for one day I didnt do too much after we got home. Mostly relaxed but did get my walking in. Hope you had a good day.

You could always split a peanut butter sandwich between the two girls for a treat. Goats like bread and peanut butter. Just don't give it to them too often. Just like humans, goats shouldn't eat processed foods too often. I'm glad you saw the missing information in the wills. Most people rent lockboxes at a bank to store wills.

@wolfgirl569 Oh, yeah! Legalese isn't the easiest "language" to figure out. I got lots of practice at it. Yeah, you should take your phone out with you when you give them peanut butter. It should give you some really funny pics!

You have had a busy day. You reminded me, I should also prepare my will

I dislike legal speak too because I don't understand some terms. and I really don't have anything to leave in case I'm gone.

. When you said "walking in" did you mean exercise-walk? If yes, I've done mine at the mall. Window-shopped around the store and started a timer for one hour, so I feel refreshed. My sister told me to do it at least thrice a week or every day. But sometimes, I'm lazy. Good luck with the rest of your week.

Once you learn to read it then its not hard to understand. Do it anyways for what you do have. Yep. I walk every day. Its good for you.

I do not keep the original Will at home, I have a copy at hope, the original is in the hands of my Lawyer/Notary... if I die and a greedy relative gets inside she/he could destroy the will and claim the inheritance. I was checking online and I found a good deal for 120 individual bags of cat food, the brand my picky kitty loves. I am going to order and I am fine for at least two months. The girls will survive the horror, may be you can give them a carrot.

@wolfgirl569 - Here the Will remains deposited at the Notary cabinet, copies can be given to people we trust. I just received a mail that on Thursday we can pay with the points we collect every time we buy at this grocery store. I am going to prepare my list. I have plenty of carrots, shame I cannot give them to you.

@LadyDuck I wish we could do that here. But the other child would still have a recourse through the courts and win pretty easy as the attorney kept a copy also. That puts anyone wanting to cheat needing to produce a signed original or prove we canceled it. The kids that would try that dont even really know where we live anymore anyways. My cats still had food outside this morning too.

Here they send it home with you but do keep a copy. Only the 2 included in it will know anyways. Glad you found the food. If there wasnt so many outside I might buy more canned food for them. But I could have up to a dozen coming in then. Yes they will survive one day. No carrots either.
