Several years ago my grandson and my daughter filed a lawsuit through a Johnson & Johnson Risperdal case. I just got a text from the law firm and Josh called them back. They verified all of his information and told him that they are in the settlement phase now. They said it would be about 13 months max until the settlement. Johnson & Johnson is now getting with medical people and is figuring out what the settlement will be. They will keep him updated every three months.
I am so glad this is getting closer.

I'm glad the case is moving forward. Settlements can take so long to be finished.

@celticeagle I think that's about how long it took to settle my suit against the city of Hamilton.

@celticeagle Yeah, around five years for a settlement is about average, from what has happened with cases Pretty and I were involved in.

These things take time... they don't want to pay anything, but you'll be successful, I'm sure. I hope the contingency fee doesn't eat up too much of the settlement.
