Doing small things everyday will help you to stay healthy.
Focus on small things like smiling at others.
Do crafts every day like knitting, scrapbooking or painting and drawing.
Going for a nice walk and listening to the sounds around you.
Did you know that jump roping is a whole-body exercise.
Jump rope helps to improve your heart health which than will help to lower your blood pressure.
.
Doing simple easy stuff every day will make you feel good.
You will feel like you did something and feeling good inside is good for your health.

That's true, now that you've mentioned it, it reminds me of my planned walk this pm. I will have to do more rounds at the mall so I could exercise my muscles. I need that to stay healthy and feel good.
Jumping rope is not for me because it's so strenuous on my body because I'm on the heavier side.

I used to love to jump rope, a simple exercise that didn't tax my heart. And when I got tired, I simply hung up my jump rope until the next session. Daily walks, they are another wonderful way to stay fit:)
