I am glad when a new month comes, especially at this time of year. It is exciting, even if I am not planning anything special. Are you going away for the Christmas Holidays or will you stay in your home? (some icicles I took a photo of early before dawn)

I don't travel so I'll be home except when I go grocery shopping. I'm so glad we won't be getting any icicles any time soon but your shot is interesting, what kind of neon signs do you have around there that makes them look yellow?

I'm not ready to see icicles hanging. I'm in total denial that winter is right around the corner

Christmas is at my house and the whole family comes. It's fun but exhausting. I look forward to all the celebrating but always happy when it's over

@RebeccasFarm It is Hannuka this month and it starts around the 19th and lasts for 8 days. The light was supposed to burn for only one night and instead, the oil burned for 8 days so we celebrate Hannuka for 8 days.

My neighbor on the right (facing the houses) had huge icicles hanging off her eaves when we got that big dump of snow, but it's raining today and too warm to freeze (10°C/50°F). Most likely staying home for Christmas, as per usual.

Icicles are cool in more ways than one. My grandparents used to get some that were probably 3 feet long. I am going away on Christmas, I think but not all day. I am going to plan to see a couple of friends.
