@DaddyEvil No, I don't mind snow at all. I just stay inside and watch it fall. I am not like most on here about snow. I enjoy seeing it if I don't have to drive in it.

I too have noticed the shortened days where I live. Even though we don't have winter where we live, the last few days have been particularly warm, which is unexpected because we should have had more cold than warm days.

@CarolDM Oh yes your time also shifts so it somehow matches with the daylight. It is not practiced in my country although there were some years when we tried it I think they preferred to have the time fixed and not adjusted anymore.

@CarolDM I remember my holiday in the US/Canada It was not that cold but when we visited the Niagara Falls in the night on the Canadian side I had to wear all winter clothing including gloves, balaclava the works!!!
