It has become very irritating for employees these days as most companies lack interpersonal communication. The have different sections like-marketing, accounts, training team,Human resources and so on. Employees have to keep mailing to different teams and keep explaining your queries time and again which is very irritating. My training at 'Planet Spark' is going on since 28th November '22. Today I was to submit my second mock recording but didn't receive the link. I informed the HR. She had no clue but after about an hour got a link from her through whatsapp which was a concern from. I filled it up and submitted it but am still waiting. Isn't this ridiculous. The HR has no information about the training teams working ways. Isn't this communication gap? Don't you think too many cooks spoil the broth.

Departments should have proper coordination. I have the same problem in my organization. The so-called lack of proper coordination when in fact we uphold teamwork as one of the skills we are promoting in the company.

That's true. The HR conducted my telephonic interview but was clueless about the training process.

That sounds very frustrating for you. I know when I call customer support they always have to send me around to so many different departments to find who can help me. It takes forever.

Oh yes that is so ridiculous Anindita. I think too many cooks knowing nothing is annoying.

Yes, there's a wide communication gap and so there's lot of confusion.
