Lynn Wracan who is a resident of Davanport Florida was shocked to see a bear eating avocados that were in the trees of her home on Sunday evening.
Lynn was very upset that the bear decided to eat avocados in her yard. The problem that Lynn has is that the bear only ate her avocados during the daytime hours in her backyard, the bear also ate the fruits of the tree.
When Lynn tried to alert the wildlife officials in her city to remove the bear from her backyard. The wildlife officials told Lynn that there is nothing they could do since in their view, the bear is not causing anyone any harm/
Lynn can only hope that the bear will take his winter nap as soon as possible since she is not pleased with the bear eating her food that is being grown on her tree. Can you blame her?

How can they say the bear is not harming anyone? It is eating off that tree and that is something the authorities can surely do about.

I guess the authorities do not want to kill a bear since it is a state law forbidding killing of gators and bears unless it is in self defense.

@Deepizzaguy They could have trapped it and then sent to the forest.

@allknowing You have a good point there. I guess the wildlife officials in Davanport work under another set of rules dealing with bears.

Same feelings I share with you that the bear just wants to enjoy a meal before taking their sleep for the winter.

Um excuse my bluntness but what kind of sh** is that?
Here if there is a bear they come and get it and take it away.
Bears are dangerous animals, I wonder why they just told the lady they couldn't do anything? That is nonsense.

I know what you mean Lynn worked very hard to have the avocados grow from the time that she started to work with them.

I know what you mean since some laws regarding killing of animals is too broad.
