Started Workout Again!! Step by Step, starting slow!!

Hi guys,
Hope you all are doing good. I am doing well too.
I have started my workout again after my short vacay trip. I am doing step by step. I am starting slow as in with less counts in order to avoid muscle pain.
I think it's important to start slow when you are doing after long time as muscles take it's time to get habituated.
I love Winters and love working out in winters as it feels good, alive and so fresh. I do warm up firstly then take half an hour walk. I take rest for 5minutes after which I start my exercise.

I never do workouts! I haven't got the desire or motivation to do that! I've never been to a gym in my life!
