What do you expect in 2023?

For me it's only the figure that's changed other things remain like inflation problem, global warming, global crises, peace and order situation may get worse and the virus remains.
Hoping at least the virus stays away forever. There are lots of sufferings due to the virus and war causing more economic crises.
What is/are your expectation/s?

Expect our earnings to go up as the prices are rising every month. I want crime to reduce in my city and to lead a healthy and peaceful life.

@aninditasen, sorry to hear crimes in your city soar up, also here in the city where I live, crimes soar up. I do not understand the authorities, why are they so relaxed? Let us all aim though a healthy and peaceful life.

The virus will stay. As for the economy, the world will probably experience slow growth. I hope the Russia-Ukrainian War will be over in 2023.

Well for me, I just go with the flow. Sometimes expecting something can somehow dampen your mood with time. So I just go about my daily life and if things come in good thanks but when bad things happen I try to evade as much as possible that I won't get it along the way.

@rsa101, I appreciated your reason why not having s new year's resolution. I have mine because of the business I so long to start and never had realized because of circumstances. I am hoping I'll make it happen next year. Merry Christmas to you and your family.

We cannot control the future. We can prepare somewhat for things we think we can plan ahead for, but no one has a handle on what is going to happen to us, to our world, or anything in the future. All we can do is the best we can do.
