All apples are good for you in my opinion, but Pink Ladies are supposedly better than most, and good for cholesterol reduction. They were on sale today, so I picked some up. The apples originated in Australia, but are now grown in several different countries. Have you had a Pink Lady?

Pink Ladies are my daughter's favorite! She likes the crisp . . . sweet with a tiny bit of tart.

@kobesbuddy Delcious apples are too sweet in my book. That is the only kind my family ever bought. I like other types better.

They are very good, and this time of year are still very crispy. I hate mushy apples. There are 2 Pink Lady apples in the fruit bowl right now, my son enjoys them, too.

@snowy22315 My daughter had stumbled on to a great sale on the little cutie mandarin-type of oranges, and she got herself a bag and one for me, too. They are so yummy and good, I love just peeling and eating one when I want a tiny snack.

I think they originated in/near Donnybrook where we used to live. They are very popular here and one of my favourite varieties.

Apples aren't my favorite fruit. I very rarely eat them and when I do, I normally buy dried apples. Pretty eats apples a lot and is always trying to get me to taste them. Once in a while I'll eat a small slice but then I'm done with apples again for a while. If I've tried a taste of the Pink Lady apples, I don't remember it.
