Waiting Patiently

Its just me and my fur babies at home. Kids are in school and may be since its Friday, they are about to go somewhere lese after class. Hubby went to work this morning and told me that he was about to meet some old college buddies and might go home late. We have our faculty Christmas celebration tonight. It started at 5 in the afternoon but I decided to go home at 3 in the afternoon because I knew that my fur babies were alone at home and waiting for me. I was worried sick that they might feel alone and abandoned so I hurried home. They were so happy to see me, of course. I gave them food and drinks. Now that its almost 7 in the evening, while I am on my laptop, they are patiently waiting (see them at the photo) for other members of the family to come home. I could not see Chopper at first, but I noticed him later. Our pets need to see us and to be sure that we are there for them.

Yes, that is his favorite spot in the house. He always stays at the stairs especially when he is waiting for one of us to come home.
