I blew my brains out!!

Or the contents of the sinuses on the left side of my head. Who knew they held so much fluid? Shortly before I got out of bed this morning, I felt something pop in my left nostril and go up on an inhale. It must have been the floodgate. I've used 5 or 6 tissues to catch it all. At least it's not blood like a week ago.
Hope I didn't gross you out too much, but I had to tell someone.

I didn't even know I was clogged until I did my regular nose blow when I got up, and it just kept on coming.

@BarBaraPrz I get sinus aches (aching from my nose to cheeks under the eyes). Better to have a flood than it all being stuck there!

It's the cold probably. Our skin and membranes are dry due to the drier air in buildings. You can use oil in your nose if you continue to have this problem.

My sinuses can do a fair impersonation of Niagara Falls on occasion. It didn’t gross me out because I’ve been there.
