Corn on cob

While on the beach one can see hawkers with their cart with paraphernalia. Some like tender corns and some prefer the seasoned ones. I always liked the tender corn and to test it you just need to prick one seed with the nail and milk like substance would squirt out. Again some like it fully roasted and some partly. Nothing like rubbing in some sour lime and chili powder. But my choice when it came to corn on cob it was always boiled with a bit of salt and then butter rubbed in while the cob is hot. How do you eat corn on cob? Image credit

I like it the same way, boiled with only salt and butter.

My friend gave us some cobs but they were not aware that they should be harvested when they are tender. We just threw them.

@allknowing Once they are too dry you can use them to make corn flour.
