Few minutes ago, me and my son (Sam), tried to fix the mobile phone (previously not working) as his grandma gave to him. I initially dismantle it, unscrewing it. Then, he continued dismantling it while watching YouTube tutorials how to dismantle. Also watching YouTube tutorials to figure out how it was not working and if there's still a chance to fix it. And thank God, Sam tried to figure it out. And now, he already fixed it and now currently putting back all the screws. Then, I set the Wi-Fi password. Then, now all goods. Although, not that brand new, however, at least he has a brand new phone that he can use in the upcoming days.

@TheHorse Based on what we've found out, the reason is the connection between screen display to the battery. I will not take the credit for this. I only unscrewing it and my son continue doing it.

What was the fault? YouTube videos are very helpful. I also refer to them when I am doing something which I don't know.

@sjvg1976 Just a short connection between the battery and the screen display. Yes, YouTube is very helpful in some other ways.
