Went to get the mail...

When I stepped outside my door, I found an envelope in the branches of the tree I have out there. Earlier when I was at the table doing Bible study, I looked up out the window and thought I saw a lady I knew walking away from my building. The envelope has something "bulgy" in it, but I'm not opening it until tomorrow. I'll open the gifts I've gotten tomorrow afternoon/evening because I'll be going to church, then afterward straight to my friend's house for dinner (come to think of it, I still need to wrap her hostess gift). As for the mail, it was just an envelope of coupons and a New Year's card from my broker. Well, I guess that it's not that far away, is it?
