Legal Stuff is so Nerve Racking

My grandson's Risperdal settlement has gotten to the settlement phase very quickly. Last we heard it would be awhile and that they would update him about every three months. That was the end of November. I have been helping him with it and it has been a long road. Now he has to notarize a settlement paper saying he excepts the settlement amount. We downloaded the app onto my phone(he doesn't have one) but do not want to continue until we speak with them and maybe have them walk us through it. I get so nervous about signing legal documents. Don't you?
So I left a message. It being Sunday, January 1st we probably won't hear back until Tuesday. Maybe tomorrow but, I doubt it.

Yes, and it has been going on(the settlement) for seven years. He has pretty much learned to live with it.

@celticeagle If he gets a good settlement, he can have surgery to correct it.

@BarBaraPrz .........If he gets any of the money. In reading the documents I see where we have to let Medicaid know and they may take whatever is left after the legal fees are paid. I am hoping that isn't the case but it could be.
