My Insurance Is Being Jammed

I have been trying for several days to reach my OTC(Over The Counter) at my insurance company. I finally called customer service just now to verify I am still an active member. I haven't heard from in ages and I can't get on the site. It is saying my info is incorrect and I know it isn't. I hate being in limbo like that. So the nice customer service lady said that she shows I am active and verified all my info. I feel as if I am back on the merry-go-round again. They are just very busy this time of year. So I will try periodically to get to my OTC.

@celticeagle Wait. Isn't there unemployment out there? Couldn't these companies just hire live representatives?

I use an ap for that. But, I can understand the frustration levels. My insurance changes from year-to-year, and when I tried to log in, it prompted me to download something else from the ap store.

I may try the app again. I had an issue with it befoe when I had it on my phone.

@celticeagle Always worth a shot. Sometimes a website might be having issues, but an app works fine.

This one used to be a lot easier to get through to. It is just the time of year and this OTC thing is so popular.

If you have Medical Mutual, they are having trouble with the new OTC website. They are supposed to call me back about that.

Molina Health Care is what I have. They are having problems with the OTC site too. I think it is just heavy call volume right now.
