Presley Is Such A Sweetheart

Have been talking to my cousin today. She had a heart attack a few months ago. She was released from the doctor last week. Very relieved to hear this news. She is feeling so much better and is returning to work, part time soon. I encouraged her to take it easy. She agreed.
Her dog Presley (in the photo) and her cat (Li'l Dude) are so happy to have her home. She moved from her apartment to a home closer to her Dad a few weeks after hear heart attack. She really enjoys where she lives now. A few miles out of town. And she continues to visit her Mom (my blind cousin). Things seem to be settling down for all of them finally.
Today is the birthday of Elvis Presley. My cousin is a huge fan, and yes, she named her dog after Elvis.
I have been sharing suet recipes for her to feed the birds. Bird watching is a great hobby. Good for the mind. In this photo, Presley is bird watching out the window. She is enjoying a nice quiet life now, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

I'm so glad to hear that your cousin is recuperating from the heart attack. Maybe going back to work will make her recovery even faster. Presley is adorable, watching birds outside the window:)

That is horrible that your cousin had a heart attack. I am so glad she is feeling so much better. You were very right to encourage her to take it easy. The love of our animals is so great. That is the cousin you mentioned before. Now, I understand more. I did not know she had a cat too. I remember the dog but did not know his name. Happy Birthday to Elvis and Presley is adorable. That is cool that Presley birdwatches. So she has bird she feeds too? I am so glad your cousin is among the living. She and her mother sound very cool. I would love to hear more about them.
