I have been trying for several days to get ahold of my OTC to set up an order. Don't get me wrong, I really like my insurance but this time of year it is next to impossible to get through to their OTC ordering department. It struck me funny though that today I get in the mail my new OTC catalog. Ghee! I'd like to use it........Hmm. Wonder when someone will answer there. Maybe they have all just taken a holiday.

Over The Counter. Many insurance programs give a quarterly amount for recipients to use fo over the counter, transportation or whatever.

Hubbies insurance changed the way they are doing theirs this year. He now has a debit card that gets loaded with 50 every 3 months. Many places take it. I simply ordered through Walmart

I have a debit card for transportation to medical appointments or OTC. It is every 3 months and I get $90. I wonder if I could just order through Walmart. I will have to see.
