Well, I opened three of the packages I received, as it turned out one of the packages in my mailbox was actually for a neighbor. Guess I'll deliver it tomorrow.
I got a book, a paracord bracelet and some disposable drain snakes. Won't be able to read the book until I finish the one I recently started.
So, that mystery is solved. Unfortunately, I got a bill in the mail too, but I guess I can't avoid those.
Those mysteries are now solved.

I picked up a couple books yesterday when I went to the Centre...Mr Darcy Takes A Wife and Patient Zero. That one's about various epidemics through time but stops well before SARS and definitely doesn't mention covid. Still, it might be interesting, it's not too long.

Hm. I am reading a book right now that I'm not sure I'll like. It's a mystery with the main character being a police chief in France. I just started it, so hopefully it will get better.

On occasion our mail carrier usually leaves a package intended for the across the street neighbor.
