Hi guys, Hope you all are doing good. I am doing well too. Many people goes through different problems in life be it physical or mental. We all need to cope with it and get ourselves treated in order to live a good life along with our dear ones. One such problem many people face is Memory Loss. It generally happens as we age but in certain people it's found to be coming early in age as well nowadays. I personally don't have Memory Loss problem thankfully yet. I know many people might be going through it. There are 7 tips I came to know which helps in improving memory which are as follows:- 1) Be physically active every day - Doing some or other activities physically helps in mental simulation as well. 2) Stay mentally active - It's important to stay mentally active as well apart from being physically active. One can do reading, solve puzzles games, learn new hobby etc. 3). Spend Time with Others- One can spend time with people like friends, colleagues, relatives, family etc so that our mind is occupied and to ward off depression. 4). Stay Organised - We should try to stay organised in life by keeping our things at particular place so that it doesn't get lost and can live a systematic life. 5) Sleep Well- Sleep is very important part of our life. Their occurs many problems if we don't have enough sleep and disrupted sleep cycle. Not getting enough sleep is linked to Memory Loss. Adults should get 7-9 hours of sleep daily. 6) Eat a healthy diet- A healthy diet is good for our brain. Including fruits, vegetables and whole grains in our diet is important. Water intake should be done properly as well. 7) Manage Chronic Health Problems - One should take proper care of oneself in order to avoid or control certain diseases like Blood Pressure, Diabetes, Depression, Obesity etc. The better one take care of themselves, the better is one's memory. These are very good ideas. To help me remember these days I make associations and group things together. Going to try to learn a new instrument. This sounds fun.

Those are very good tips. And I do follow some already. I like doing crossword puzzles to keep my mind occupied, I constantly make to do lists to stay organized, and stay physically active. I need to work on diet, a major downfall of mine as like my parents I enjoy sweets.

Glad to know. It's ok, there is always room for improvement. I would suggest you to not make drastic changes in your diet. Don't stop eating sweets altogether. One can have it in proportion at right time. One can always substitute sugar with jaggery. Myself also a sweet tooth still managed to loose lot of weight by exercising, following sustainable diet, eating and sleeping at right time. It always helps and shows results in long run. Best luck.
