The new guy...

Came and fixed my towel bar about 15 minutes ago. I'm familiar with all the maintenance guys that work here, (Luis, Ed, Ramon, and Jake) and am just getting to know the "new guy", Marciano.
I was a little surprised when I saw him out the window. I guess they send whoever's available.
He put the bar back up on the wall really fast. Twice (I guess when he saw my face) he said, "I'm so sorry that happened." Certainly wasn't his fault, but I thought that was nice of him to say.

I know you are glad to have that done. Good you all have so many maintenance men, and not be on a waiting list.

Yes, and they're all pretty nice guys, too. I was surprised he came that fast--I labeled the job "Low priority" when I put the order in.

Wow! Five Duane Schneiders... Look up One Day at a Time (70s sitcom).

He's putting himself in your shoes. He knows the inconvenience.
