How many hours do you spend on your smartphone?

I checked recently how many hours I am spending on my phone. I was shocked. Yesterday I spent six hours on my phone. It is almost a full time job. I checked screen time on my phone. A lot of time was spent on TikTok. I found valuable content on TikTok. It became addictive. I will have to take a break. I am spending too much time on my phone.

I do everything on my phone, but i do forum sites to earn money on my phone, so i use my phone for an extra money

I average a little over 4 hours a day on my smartphone. Probably most of it spent on myLot or other social media sites.

@dya80dya Sometimes I lose my phone in the house. That's how much I care about it. I've never been addicted to a phone before. I much rather be on my laptop. I find it easier to use and to type on. But always good to take a break from any devices from time to time. I really hope you're been doing alright!

@dya80dya I am truly sorry you're not doing great. You still come into my mind often as I know for quite some time you've not been feeling your best. I'm so sorry. I wish I could do something to help you. I am still struggling myself with depression and anxiety and I know things would be better if certain things changed but sometimes even that's hard to achieve. I only wish the best for you and for you to be in a position where things are amazing. *sending you big hugs*

amy smartphone is basically my companion but I don't spend much time browsing except few minutes once in a while during the day or when I post in forums and do surveys. I don't use it much to watch video or movie.

For me, I don't spend too much on the phone. Instead, I spend on laptop because I watch Running Man, do my fanfic and thesis there.

I don't have a smartphone, I just have a basic mobile phone. But I spend all morning on a weekday on my tablet. I do twitter, MyLot, Facebook messenger, surveys, sometimes I browse Amazon. I play Cradle of Empires and I do YouTube.
