Do you use blue light filter?

I am using it on my smartphone and computer. I am not sure if it helps. Sometimes I think it is annoying. I can barely sleep because I started a new medication. Maybe it would be better to avoid screens at night. Or I can lower the brightness. This would be much better. Do you use blue light filter? Does it help you?

Oh I have to turn my tablet and phone over so that the light is not bothering me at night. I use the night filter at night if I look at them. But screens are bad for us at night that is for sure. I hope this new medicine helps..

This new medication is ruining my mental health even more. It is a pill for a different problem. It causes anxiety, insomnia and depression. I don't know if I should continue taking it. I already have an anxiety disorder and depression.

@dya80dya Oh no, is it like some allergy pill? Those do that to me, and I cannot take them much.

I don't know anything about a blue light filter. It would be better to avoid the screens at night.

@just4him Sometimes it seems to make my anxiety worse if I spend too much time online.

@dya80dya I had my eyeglasses made with blue light filtered lens. The opticians can do this here.

This is a good idea. But I can't use such eyeglasses because I am already using eyeglasses.

@dya80dya My doctor suggested to wear those glasses to feel safe from the blue light. I feel that avoiding screen in the nights is best .it affects our sleep and eyes .

No, I don't use it. Since I don't really like the color after it is "filtered". Besides, I doubt whether it works so well.
