Hello everyone, how are you doing? So, another day is done and I am back to share how I did. Weigh in - 213 That makes my loss for the month only about 0.6 pounds but there is still a few days. Blood sugars - Fasting - 136 Before meal 1 - 93 After - 86 Meal 2 - 84 After workout - 132 After meal 3 - 126 So, I think the workout did spike my sugar. Hopefully it will be okay in the A.M. We'll see in tomorrow's discussion. What did I eat? I did fast till almost 1 PM I think. I need to get a fasting app to keep track. Meal 1 - pizza wrap with the low carb flatbread (6 net carbs) pizza sauce, cheese and pepperoni Meal 2 - 1 serving deli chicken slices 1 cheese stick half a serving of potato chips (about 10 carbs) I also did have 2 mini chocolates, not sugar free Meal 3 - Ice cream! It was keto though. Made it using a keto chow protein shake. (chocolate flavor and the fat was heavy cream I added a serving of sugar free chocolate chips too I love the ninja creamy, it makes even protein shake ice cream creamy! Was very good. Macros for the day - Calories - 1,104 Protein - 69 Fat - 69 Total carbs - 54 Net carbs - 38 The total carbs were a bit high, but that is still considered low carb. Just not Keto. My net carbs were over the 20 that I would like. Once in a while I will add a couple chips still, just nice to have them once in a while. I did work out for an hour, Just Dance style. (Game, but a great workout) I think I got about 5,000 steps with the workout. Not sure how much I actually burned, but approximately 335 Overall I think it was a good day of eating and working out. Hopefully I will see a drop on the scale for a change, get out of this rut I am in. What do you think? Goals - did I make them all? I did workout for over 30 minutes, and got 5k + Steps I didn't stay under 20 carbs, but I was low carb I didn't drink a bunch of water Goals for tomorrow: Workout at least 45 minutes (since I did up it from 30 but don't want to get burnt out) 6k+ steps At least a liter of water (I know I should get more, but need to start somewhere) Try to stay 20 net carbs or less

Your sugar levels are back to track and that's a positive thing. I am sure that you would get better with your card intakes tomorrow. Did you fast intentionally or it just happened being busy??

Well they were higher than I wanted after working out. However now before going to bed it is down to 84! I am trying to intermittent fast. my Dr suggested it and it's good for health and weight loss. Although waiting till almost 1 was because I didn't feel like making food any sooner haha

@MommyOfEli2013 Oh! I see. Intermittent fasting does bring a lot of health benefits. Every now and them I go for it for couple of weeks..I have to keep a track of my sugar and regulate my insulin intake then.

@arunima25 Yes it is good for that. That's is good you do it sometimes. Yeah, would have to consider insulin and blood sugar with it. Thankfully I only take one shot and I don't have to take it when I eat.

@MommyOfEli2013 That's good you did. I need to do the exercises from my therapist before I do anything else once I finish here.

@just4him Just thought I would be productive for once and get it done. Also made a protein shake for when I don't want to cook, and a protein ice cream (which is just the shake frozen). Hopefully those exercises aren't too hard....I know they can give some tough things!

Going it up. Soon you'll achieve your desired goals. It's not easy but it will pay off. You're dojng amazing. On my side eating has been a bit unhealthy since this bad weather and staying indoors all day is stressful. I'm sure I might have put on some weight Exercising part..just walking indoors from living room to kitchen to bedroom lol

@MommyOfEli2013 Agree. Exercising is the key. And also the diet which I've not stick to for a few days.
