Slogan: "Need Never Sleeps"

When I went to the local electric company a few days back, I took a photo of the phrase on the donation can of the Philippines Red Cross, "Need never sleeps." It is a short phrase with a big impact for those sensitive enough to comprehend it. So, I donated some of my loose coins in it. What do you think about this phrase? Does it serve its purpose?

Does that 'Need Never Sleeps' on the can (asking for donations), means 'keeps giving more coins and don't worry about the noise it makes?'

Yes it serves its purpose... While we take some time out to relax, to.unwind, to sleep Need stays.
