A Well Spent Day

I’ve gone for a long walk every day this past week so I took today off to do some much needed chores in my apartment. I’ve cleaned, polished, cooked and did laundry. I finished my Anne Perry book and watched some TV. I had a few phone calls and wrote my brother a long letter. I intended to work on my poetry but didn’t get to that. All in all it was a well spent day . I hope all my Mylot friends had a good day doing exactly as you pleased.

I ended up doing something completely different than what I had planned yesterday, but still a productive day. I still have about 3 hours to finish my online work before calling it a day.

Well, it is Monday, but I had scheduled a day off work to try to tie up loose ends regarding things that belonged to my sister, and making phone calls to her doctors and utilities. I also made a huge number of calls for Bob. I did some reorganizing in my bathroom. Need to get to Bob's bathroom as the plumber is coming out to work on it tomorrow.

Nice day. I did some reviewing and rewriting of some new poems today, vacuumed, fixed lunch and was going to take a long walk, but at just over 30 sunny degrees with a vicious wind, I only walked for a short time.

I walked every day last week, I walked three miles on Thursday, I believe it was.so I took today off for chores. Our temperatures during the day has been 40s and 50s. Down to the 20s and 30s at night.

That is a pretty flower arrangement. You had a really great day today. I did not have a bad day either. I noticed that every afternoon I was getting a headache, and this afternoon I figured it out finally. It is the laptop screen on my work laptop. It is too small so tomorrow I will request another large screen monitor to be shipped to me for my use.

I'm so sorry you had a headache. Sometimes I wonder if leaning in toward my laptop is what makes my neck ache. I don't know any remedy for it.

Thank you, Leo used to always buy me flowers. The picture was made several years ago. It's cold here today and cloudy, I wouldn't be surprised if we have freezing rain

I walk a couple of miles on most days.. It's raining today but I went to the gym land got a mile on the tread mill and a mile on the stationary bike.
