2 Feb: Large midday meal and plans to walk

Even though I was awake early, it took me a while to get moving today.
Cooper and I have been out for a one mile walk, but I am going to go out later by myself to try and get a few more miles in. Before we left, I had a minneola (citrus fruit) for a bite to eat.
When we got home, I fed Cooper, and he ate quite heartily. I was very hungry, so I ended up eating a deli meat and swiss cheese sandwich on sourdough bread with mustard, and I ate a bowl of New England style clam chowder.
I really could use a nap. I'm not sure if I'm going to lie down for a little bit or just go walking.

SO CUTE I CAN'T STAND IT! I want to cuddle him and give him a kiss on the head. Right now I'm just waiting for a call back from the sewer company.

I keep hoping that this exercise and eating differently will change my sleep patterns. So far, not so much. I'm glad you're sleeping better. Have you changed anything?

I am going to need to make sure that I walk, even if the temperatures drop. I have done winter walking in snow before, so hopefully that won't be the case around here. However, it's been in the low 40s
