I Have Very Serious Questions

It's tax season here in the US or A. I'm thinking since taxes was originally only ever meant to be temporary (boy did that get out of hand) could all US citizens simply refuse to pay it? Another question, could we claim the US government and its ridiculous spending policies as dependents? The (green new deal) comes to mind, Zalensky comes to mind and so many others. Doesn't the IRS owe us all (at least those of us who are against all that spending) a helluva refund? Just asking, only partially in gest as I know I know the big THEY could care less what I think. But what do YOU think?

Many here are starting to get angry about the ENORMOUS amount of money WE the taxpayers are spending for Zelenky and Ukrainian refugees. We are supposed to be a neutral country, so stay neutral and do nothing. NO we had to subscribe everything the EU asked and WE the taxpayers are paying for that. I am not happy, not a bit.

@LadyDuck I'm not happy about it either. Here in the States, it was bipartisan support through the omnibus bill to send much money to Ukraine (not sure how much money but way too much). Just that angers me to the point of becoming an Independent. The Democrats and Republicans are worthless. I truly have no respect for either Party.

@LeaPea2417 I am more than upset with all our politicians. People here just wanted to stay OUT of this.

I'm with you 100%. Saw a funny meme the other day saying they were putting Zalensky down as their dependent.

I think, I'll be glad when my taxes are filed. Given it won't start until the 12th this year... I'm not having our stuff sit on a server.

I often think about this, so just the fact that I do, tells me yes..they owe us big time.
