I Learned My Lesson

I tried Over The Counter with my insurance again today thinking that with the new month perhaps I could get through. I first got someone answering and then hung up abruptly. Tried again and actually got through. This was about the tenth call I had made in an attempt to get through. And that's approximately 8-9 hours spent waiting on the phone for someone to answer. I have learned my lesson. I won't be calling again in the month of January.

I’ve had the same problem trying to get information from a credit card. Haven’t talked to anyone yet.

The worst times to call any company are the start of the week and start of the month. They tend to get flooded during those times.
