The bher tree is yielding by the tons so to speak I am trying to preserve them and so went on a recipe searching spree and found one on youtube It is a simple bher pickle recipe something I know I will like as it has jaggery as one of the ingredients. The only boring part is that they have to be opened for better absorption No doubt a time consumer but that will surely make the pickle palatable and tasty I have help around and so the boring part will be delegated (lol)
