Dizziness. Could it be heat?

I recieved the groceries, took out to the sun a load of clothes, laid the table and cleaned part of the kitchen. Camila messaged me that she´d come for a late lunch so I started to hurry. Suddely I felt very dizzy and I decided to lay down for a while. Camila is family so that if I don´t feel well, she´ll take care of it all. I think that while I mylot I´ll drink lots of water. I might be a bit dehydrated. I messaged CAmila that if she wanted wine, to buy some. I am not buying wine lately as I only drink with company. And today I won´t drink wine at all. All I want is plain water. Do you think that I could do something else to stop being dizzy? When things like this happen I worry very much as I live alone.

@wolfgirl569 I might check my blood sugar. All of my friends have diabetes and maybe at this time of my life I might have such a problem too.

I hope you feel better soon! Drinking water when it's too hot is usually the first thing I'd try, too.

@marguicha - It happens sometimes to me. I do not understand my problem immediately, but usually it's because I need to eat something and drink water.

@JudyEv It is difficult to live in a big city. The word "neighbors" do not exist here anymore.

@marguicha I totally understand. There is a 96-ear-old in the village who lives alone. If he doesn't ring his neighbour by 9am each morning, she goes to check on him. They don't always 'chat' as such but it's a good system.

I don't know why you are dizzy. Maybe you should visit the doctor. Also, ask someone you trust to look in on you every day so if there are any problems, you can get help.

I could have been in part that. That and that I had done a lot at home and forgot to eat breakfast. So when I read Camila´s message that she would be late and to eat before so that I would not have a sugar problem I remembered and ran to make a big rice salad that I ate in part. I felt better later.

I did the same thing a few days ago. About 3 pm in the afternoon, I got all woozy and dizzy. Realized I hadn't eaten since the night before. I felt dumb, but it was a stressful day. Glad you are ok!

You can check your blood pressure to the doctor, so you can find out if it is normal, high blood pressure, or low blood pressure. May you always be healthy.

Soak some fennel seeds and crystal sugar in a glass of water for about a two hours. Strain that water and drink it whenever you feel dizzy.

For me, heat can be one thing. Not enough sleep also one. Another one that I can think is high blood pressure.
