As opposed to yesterday when we had to deal with that nasty coconut buyer all is well here.
The sky is blue and routine work is going on without a hitch. I will be making egg curry with potatoes. There is ground masala in the fridge. I just have to boil the potatoes and eggs, tempering the masala with fried onions in oil and then add sliced eggs and potatoes.
Rice is ready This type of curry goes well with rice

@allknowing It's rice pudding. You boil the rice in milk iinstead of water, add a bit of sugar, perhaps nutmeg and cinnamon.

Your lunch sounds tasty. I’m finishing my second coffee for the day and am getting hungry so will likely have a bowl of cereal or peanut butter and jelly soon. I want to get slow cleaning down while the baby is still napping. I don’t have much energy today.

@allknowing Americans call them "fettuccini" surely because it is how they pronounced it. It's a medium size egg noodle.
