Another failure

Hi my fellow myLotters. Good morning / good afternoon / good evening wherever you are. I'm just writing this discussion to let you know that I failed. I aimed for a promotion in the company. This is my 3rd attempt for a promotion. First attempt as a supervisor in a team with my fellow customer service representative in an online shopping for fashion dress and shoes. But no interview been done. Second attempt was as a quality assurance specialist of the same account in online shopping for fashion dress and shoes. With interview initiated but short listed into four applicants and not part of that four. Maybe, that position is not for me. Third attempt was just recent as a site administrator, not for my current account but for the company that I'm working with. With interview initiated for 8 applicants. However got an email last Thursday shortlisted for final interview with 3 applicants only. I can accept that I'm not part of the 3 applicants for final interview. However, I'm not judging the qualifications of the 3 success applicants for final interview. But the 3 success applicants are the following: (1) friend of one of the interviewers; and (2) former subordinate of one of the interviewers before got the position of the head site administrator. I don't want do you call like this. My former supervisors who knew that I've applied for the site administrator position just said, "better luck next time, there's still other positions suit for you." We'll I guess they're right with that.
