There is a couple that we follow on Facebook/TikTok and YouTube named Darcy and Jer. If you watch a lot of TikTok, you may have seen them. Darcy smoked the marijuana and misplaces things and Jeremy is his husband and "keeper" as they joke. Darcy is also an actor/stand-up comedian.
But anyway, some of their content is about how to deal with ADHD as an adult. Which is useful to us. I have never been diagnosed. At least not as an adult. I was told by a teacher in elementary school that she thought I had ADHD but I was never officially diagnosed or put on medication.
Anyway. One of Darcy's coping mechanisms is music, and she and Jeremy have made up a song. It's been stuck in my head for days! So I thought I would share it with y'all.
I know at least @spiderdust knows who Darcy and Jer are, and probably has heard this song a time or two.

Both my children were diagnosed my son autism and my daughter ADHD and ODD .

Haha - that's a cute song. I'd never really thought about adults and ADHD. I guess I just thought kids grew out of it. Shows you how much I know.

I know a lot of kids that were kids when I was were wrongly diagnosed. It seemed to be the one diagnosis that they gave it to all the kids.
I know its also pretty common for people to not get the right diagnosis until they are adults.

Have you watched there YouTube at all? You've gotta watch there Darcy and Jer do America series. It's so gooooood.
