In the last year or so the child has become much more interested in video games and mobile gaming. She has been playing Roblox on my tablet, her phone, and my phone whenever we let her.
She has asked a couple of times if we would pay for the paid version of Minecraft so she could play that. I think that Roblox and Minecraft have a lot in common. She's just been playing Roblox because it is free and she has some friends at school who play it.
I finally told her I would pay for Minecraft today since she has her phone and can play it on her phone without having to have mine or Chris' phone all the time. I told her I'd put it on the tablet too. She has been playing Roblox on my 2 in 1 tablet for a while. But I finally had to go get it back so I could do some sketches for Etsy orders.
Anyhoo. Finally having Minecraft has made her happy, and for under eight dollars I consider that a cheap present loll
Although I still don't understand all that much about Minecraft, I tried to play it YEARS ago and didn't get very far. But I supposed I don't need to understand it as long as she does and has fun with it.
Do your kids play Minecraft? Or when they were kids what was their favorite video game?

Well that is a good way to make her happy! lol. Oh yes...my son is obsessed with Minecraft! Currently he's watching youtube videos about minecraft lol. His teenage cousin got him into the game. Now my son even has minecraft clothes lol

Brook has minecraft pajamas. She was watching youtube videos on it earlier, but I told her to find something other than youtube to watch. I pay for all these streaming services she needs to use them lol

@thislittlepennyearns I hadn't seen minecrafter PJ's...my son would want those if he knew lol! Oh yeah, if you have the paid services, why not use them! My son wants to watch Kenan and Kel if we use one of the services lol

While I am sure that Minecraft is available on the computer she plays it on her phone or my 2 in 1 laptop.
The only computer game that I have played for any length in the last fifteen years would be Sims.

I don't have kids, but I grew up in the 90's and loved the Mario games. I probably would fail at Minecraft, too.

If she'd ever remember to charge her phone lo.. She's mad because when I switched phones last week, my charger changed. So I don't have a charger forher phone in my room anymore.
