Laughter Can Reach Heaven

In my country, the Philippines, we use the phrase "abot hanggang langit" (reaching heaven). With this topic, I wanted to describe the people who are living in front of our house. "Ang tawa nila ay abot hanggang langit" (Their laughter is reaching heaven). It has been many days since they have had lots of visitors, and they are celebrating their newly installed gate. It sounds weird, but they do. Take note that the owner of the house is a pastor. Thus, they've been pestering us for a few days now.
Can you tolerate dealing with these people?

I don't know. I rarely hear our neighbors even if they're outside. We like it to stay quiet outside.

There are fines for making too much noise here.

@DaddyEvil They are lucky that I did not call the police patrol at night. The pastor will know that it was me who called them. We had a great fight before.
It is not physically, but received words that he cannot swallow.

Happy is always good to hear. But I would like to see the gate that has made them that happy

Our neighbours are noisy too but with years I have learned how to handle them.

@Shavkat It's best to keep away from noisy people and let them handle their own issues.
