At least that's what it is here in Green Bay, Wisconsin. It's been a good day so far. I just got home from Market on Military. Again, everyone from our writer's group who were there, sold at least one book. One person sold a dozen books. I wish I could say that was me. I sold one book. So, I have two left. I had three to start with today. Next time I will have at least 20 books to sell as my Amazon order is due in tomorrow. I will need to go online and order more books to replace the ones I sold. At least the event is encouraging to all those who had books to offer. One of the vendors I saw there was someone I knew. I couldn't remember her name, but I knew where I knew her from, and that was half the battle since she wasn't going to tell me. I needed to remember. I did. It took a few minutes. She has an unusual name, which in a way made it easier to stretch my brain to remember it. It was a good event. I bought a couple of things from my profits, edible goodies - goat cheese-garlic and chive, and sweet tomato. The samples were delicious. And a bag of Sap Happy Maple Popcorn. She was at the table next to ours. They make maple syrup and products made with maple syrup. Her family taps maple trees and makes maple products. She gave me a sample of the maple corn and I dug in my pocket and bought a bag. It won't last the night. Now, I'm home and ready to get the notifications worked to find out how your day was.
