Tea the elixir of life

Each of us like tea in a different way Some like to black, some with no sugar, some with milk, some add a touch of sour lime on black tea. And then there are brands - countless of them.
We were tea addicts once upon a time and now I just have one mug at breakfast. Tasting several brands it is now Goodricke roasted tea bags The tea that I have is with milk and sugar that has a biscuit colour.
Even if it is just once that I drink tea I do not think I can survive without it
What's your story? Which brand and how do you have it?

I drink maybe 3 cups of coffee early, then, in winter switch to black tea about 10, more with lunch and a cup about 3 PM. In the summertime, I switch to ice tea at noon and have 2 or 3 glasses.

That is a lot of tea. I thought we were addicts when any happy moment called for a cup of tea. Now it has boiled down to just one at breakfast time.

I drank tea and lots of it for years..too strong though and I believe I ruined my body.
So now, I can only have one cup a day and even then I have to be careful.
I so love it and miss having it whenever I want to.
I only just right now have Liptons..it is not my favorite but it will do.
Of course I put the Chai spices in it and cream.

Lipton is quite popular. I prefer my tea with just the tea leaves and nothing else.

@LadyDuck The only mug of tea I now have is at breakfast time. It used to be sometimes 8 cups in those days

@allknowing - We drink coffee three times a day. In the morning with breakfast, at mid morning and usually (not all the time) soon after lunch.

I love Hong Kong milk tea, a black tea with evaporated milk. I don' add sugar to it. Another favorite tea is Earl Grey tea. I have it with a bit of honey.

I have heard of Earl Grey tea. There must be so many variations how people drink their tea - yours is one version.
