You know how humans have kidneys? Well these are cows kidneys!! We eat cows liver, lambs liver , pigs liver, Hope your gum is ok after the tooth extraction

I make a lovely chicken liver and bacon casserole for my men folk (I'm a veggie) Chicken livers are very cheap in the UK

Took me about 5 minutes to eat what was on the plate.

@thislittlepennyearns I have a feeling Jim could pound down some good southern food. Plus, with our weather, I don’t think he’d want to go back to Scotland.

No Real Cows Kidneys Yum

@JimBo452020 We walked a little more than 10 Km yesterday. The doctor told to my husband to walk, I think he is taking this too seriously.

Aye. I can eat a lot of food. Keeps my strength up. I do a lot of work Anna. Need to keep calorie levels up

@LadyDuck Nah Your husband is right Anna. I don't think it's possible to walk too much and if he is happy and relaxed walking even better

With a traditional Scottish Steak and Kidney Pie as the star of the show. Huge puffy layered pastry. I used to post all my food on here lol And there was lots of it

@JimBo452020 Well please come back as I love photos of food etc. Used to watch Youtube videos of people menu planning and putting photos of their food on. A really lovely Scottish lady used to do hearty meals like yours, she lives on an island and goes under the title of What's for Tea (don't know if I am allowed to say that) Also when we first got our freeview tv (which was years after everyone had got theirs) on the food channel we used to binge watch Man v food and the diner show where the guy with bleach sticking up hair used to go and check out diners over the US
