Earlier today I noted that the apartment next door had the shutters closed. I was out on my patio and noticed that the door to the apartment was open.
When I got back into my front door, I could see from looking that the apartment next door was empty. 
I hardly ever saw the woman that lived there, but she was friendly when I did see her. I always said "hello" to her cat when I walked by, as he was usually in the front window.
Well, bummer. I hope the next person that moves in over there is both friendly and has a dog.

One thing I always pray for is my neighbor will neither be noisy or nosy. I have 3 of them and I barely know any.
