Stay-In Sunday

The weather is very cold outside again today.
We had a bit of snow during the night. The wind is bitterly cold. I guess that Old Man Winter is not giving up to Spring without a fight this year. Spring officially arrives this coming week.
We had the twins in yesterday for a sleep over.
We had lots of fun watching their favorite youtube shows, which are all musical. They love to stand side by side and dance to some of the songs. Other songs, they row they lift their arms in the air for and they bend their thumb and finger.
In the cold weather it is nice to have something different to do, and watch on the television, than we usually do. We both love having them here.

Oh yes stay in..its 20f here right now but up to 55f later on.

@LadyDuck This weekend I noticed for the first time that they are interacting as twins. It is so cute. I look forward to seeing what else that they do together and then of course the interactions between us and them. Willow has a wonderful closeness with Granddad, and our son noticed that she has changed so much, her eating is better and she is walking more, he thinks it is the confidence that she gets from Granddad.

@snowy22315 They eat some meat, they love chicken, but you have to really watch that they don't choke because the only teeth in their mouths are in the front, not really what we think of when we think about chewing. They like to suck on the chicken if it is done properly.

We are all having fun, but coming up with meals is a bit challenging.
They do not want them to have alot of sale nor sugar, which I can understand, but they have enough teeth that they are not satisfied with baby food really. We mash vegetables and fruits for them and the do like a slice of whole wheat bread. I may boil some potatoes and mash them so that they can cool and they can have that for lunch along with some peas mashed up.

Spring arrives today and it is still so cold outside.
The sunrise is a bit earlier I notice, hopefully the sun will warm us up a bit.
We both keep our phones on silent when the babies are around because they do want your phone if they spy it, we keep them out of sight as we want the baby's attention.

It was cold here all weekend, but no snow here. They had said a mix, I think, for Monday morning, but they changed it. pretty picture.

I'm glad that it looks like the s**w is over for the season. It was almost 80 here yesterday. Monday will be in the 40s but then it will warm up again. I'm glad you get to see the twins so much.

Its very warm here this week as well.
It should change to seasonal weather on Sunday.
Once our son and his family move in a few weeks we will see so much more of them, we are all looking forward to that. Not the actual move, just the fact that we will be closer.
