@RebeccasFarm Oh! You seem to be pretty busy. I do take few breaks in the daytime to be online or just relax with music..I start the day at 5 and by 4 in the afternoon, I am yawning and badly need a power nap of 20_40 minutes.

I had to go and pay bills
And took Yvonne for lunch
Then went shopping
I was annoyed with Yvonne today.
When Is went out she tried doing some housework which included dusting the skirting boards.
She was very breathless.
Not good.
But as she said she has to find out what she can and cannot do
