It’s freaking me out

So I keep getting bombarded with an ad for dental implants here. Doesn’t matter what the discussion I am in is about. I always see it. And it appears many times when I’m on the same page.
It has a picture of someone’s teeth with one tooth missing and there’s a drill or whatever that is actually called where that missing tooth is. It’s kinda freaking me out. And having it appear many times as I scroll down on the same page makes it even worse.
Is this some kind of a sign? Why can’t I get bombarded with something nice? Like pictures of flowers or animals. Or nature. Or food. Anything but dental related stuff.

Looking at pics having to do with dental procedures or just pictures of people’s mouths and teeth ain’t pleasant for me.

I've seen this and it is totally gross. The other one I hate is about fungal toenails. I think that is even grosser.
