I'm having a hard time adjusting

So, I transferred briefly to a room in my daughter's house. Some relatives of her hubby were manning the house, so I felt a little bit odd. I find it hard settling down. They were so welcoming and warm but I still crave for my little nook, back in my son's house. I will just be staying for 4 days, so, I could bear it. Do you find it hard adjusting to a new place? or could you adapt easily anywhere you are?

So, I'm normal behehehe. There are times I could adjust easily, but I don't know why I feel somewhat uncomfortable here?

Yes, it's hard to adjust... I'm used to having peace and quiet all the time. Other people play loud music all the time or are always talking, which disturbs me. I'm glad you won't be there long and hopefully, you'll be back where you're comfortable.

The only place where I liked to stay was in my Mom's apartment, I still had my bedroom there that we used when we stayed some days.

No, I couldn't easily adjust to someone else's house. I like to sleep in my own bed. I don't adapt easily, but four days isn't long and you'll soon be back to your own bed.

You're right. There's no place like home, in my cozy bed, although it's humid and hot, it is still more comfortable for me.

@Jenaisle I don’t care how comfortable another place is, I still want my own bed.

If I am so exhausted, I do not mind sleeping with another house.

That's cool. You could live anywhere. That's a good trait being a chameleon.

It's not easy to adjust in a new place. Our house is always our comfort place.

The older I get the less I like to go away to someone else's house. I understand.

I too enjoy being at home. A new bed is hard to adjust to. We get used to certain things.
