Oregon's Giant Pumpkin Race: What?!?

I was teaching my pupil a brand-new lesson last night. The article's subject, the "Giant Pumpkin Race" in Oregon, absolutely astounded me. I was unaware that there were races like this. I questioned what it's like to ride on these enormous pumpkins. I haven't actually seen them. I have to admit that a little portion of it can be a celebration for a few families. Have you seen huge pumpkins? What can you do if you have a piece of it? Image Credit: i2-prod.mirror.co.uk

@Shavkat I don’t like getting wet I wouldn’t want to do it but watching a race would be so fun.

I will not have a second thought to try it, too. I am sure it would be a blast for them to celebrate it.

Haven't seen extremely large pumpkins. Certainly not as big as something on can ride in.

I am still wondering if it is really feasible that pumpkins can float on the bodies of water. I assumed that they modefied them.

I've never seen quite huge pumpkins and it's only now I heard of such a race. That would be fun, I guess. Watching the pumpkin race through water can be exciting.

One of my friends had shown a photo of them before. It seems that enjoyed having them. I wondered why they were not exported.

I have seen huge pumpkins, I did not know that they can float once emptied.

I also wondering how it is possible. Perhaps they did something to them to make the floating idea.

@Shavkat I remember that empty pumpkins were used to keep water, may be the outside is waterproof.

Do they cost an arm and a leg? I am sure we can do a lot of dishes with a piece of a pumpkin.

@Shavkat They can run high to buy. Many don't have good cooking meat to them

I am always amazed seeing people showing off their huge pumpkins. I wondered if they can export them from different countries around the world.
