Saying "hello" before I grab my things and run out the door. Having a quick breakfast and then I'll finish getting ready, get my things together and get going. When I get to work, I'll let my boss know about my upcoming "Physical pt. II". I don't work on the day it's scheduled, but I'm keeping my current boss in the loop about my progress on this Coast Guard job.
