Finally. This week has been slow for our internet here. Thursday when it totally went off for 12 hours or more. Today the technicians changed the modem, and cut and add some fiber optic wire here and there. Then we wait. The technician said the IT staff in their network will be the ones activating it and we have to wait for a maximum of 24 hours to be activated. But they said that is the maximum, sometimes it will just take 5 hours. Well, I am glad it did not take long for them to activate ours, just 2.5 hours in total which is really goo. I am hoping there will be no more future problems with this.

It's good you have your Internet back. I know how you must be feeling during the time that they were still putting it up. I hope your service would be smooth sailing from now on. Have a nice day.

Glad to see your internet is back on, when I first installed fiber optic in my area I also felt the problem for up to 3 months and then never had a problem again after that.

I also use PLDT Fiber Optic. It has been years that they did not change the modem and it is still working. At least, you can enjoy using it now.
