Trying to get back to it.

I finally got in the mood to get back to the cross stitch I was working on--which will go with another cross stitch I've done.
Unfortunately, I ran out of a main color.
I can go to the craft store tomorrow, but they very rarely have colors I need.

Thought about it some, and bought what I am 98% sure is the right color on-line. In the meantime, I can do other parts of the "picture".

There was a time I was crazy about cross stitch too but all the colour coded threads drove me a bit nuts.

I've done cross stitch since I was about nine.

@xstitcher I found out that I didn't really follow the rule of doing cross stitch the right way in my teen, I have stopped since
. (I took up fashion design & other stuff afterwards.)

@YrNemo And just what is "the right way"? As long as the top stitches go he same way, who cares what method you use? I use a combination of English and Danish, whichever works best for the situation.

I'm sorry you couldn't find a match in the batch I sent you. What brand do you use -- DMC, JP Coats, Anchor or something else?
